“I am a caterer in the Bay Area, Northern California. I was catering a wedding for 114 people when this picture was taken. The picture was also taken 10 hours into a 21-hour day. I weigh 250 pounds. I’ve always held the belief that there is a difference between healthy fat and unhealthy fat. I am very active, whether it’s doing remodeling work to my home, working in my two gardens, caretaking for a friend’s mother who is bedridden, or playing with my dogs.”
